To set up the interface in Citrus Lime

If you are using Citrus Lime merchandise management, integration with OUTTRA is particularly easy. All you need to do is send a short email to Citrus Lime Support (helpdeskteam@citruslime.com) with a request to set up the interface. We then clarify the remaining technical details directly with Citrus Lime.

Important

For the connection to work properly, you must fulfill the following criterion in your Citrus Lime merchandise management system:

1. You have maintained the supplier EAN numbers for all relevant articles.
